A wall of folding glass doors leads out to a large balcony and generous views. The architect's use of glass throughout delivers warmth and sunshine.

The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite with spa bath and shower. A second bedroom has two single beds which combine into a super king size bed if required. The laundry includes a European washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen features a granite benchtop and the latest European cooking appliances including dishwasher. You can cook for yourselves or drive 4 kilometers to experience the many restaurants Christchurch City has to offer.

The house is connected for Internet via wireless broadband. A 32-inch LCD surround sound Television with Sky and DVD is installed for your entertainment. An on-property private tennis court is available for use.
